Personal Bio

Hi! My name’s Aser (Ay-sir), I’m an Applied Math Masters student at CU Boulder originally from Dallas, Texas where I completed my undergrad in math. I know what it’s like to go from “C”s and “B”s in classes (how I started) to all “A”s (how I ended), raising my GPA from 2.67 to 3.5. Along with doing research in computational physics, winning presentation prizes at conferences, and still having time to play intramurals. My focus now is in applied math for artificial intelligence and machine learning. Apart from school, my obsessions are outdoor sports like snowboarding, trail running, and horseback riding (Texas cliché).
